Classes
WOD
WOD is the 'Workout of the Day.' Each day a new WOD is posted to our website, and it’s part of a complete programme designed to improve strength and conditioning. All our workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. The WOD can be scaled to provide a suitable challenge for athletes at any level.
FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING
Functional Bodybuilding is a class that prioritises quality of movement over intensity. Where movement quality is more important than the amount of load (weight) or intensity (work) applied. Tempo (time under load) and full range of movement are key. Coupled with the correct number of repetitions, sets and the required amount of rest all have a significant purpose in this class.
STRICT STRENGTH
Strict Strength classes focus on building raw, foundational strength through controlled, tempo-based movements. Expect strict pressing, pulling, and squatting variations with an emphasis on form, time under tension, and muscle engagement. Ideal for improving joint stability, muscular endurance, and overall strength without momentum-based lifts.
KIDS ACEDEMY
This class combines exercises that increase the range of motion, stabilisation, and control within your joints and surrounding muscles. Focussing on exercises and movements that prioritise flexibility, balance, and strength.Kids Academy is a fun, high-energy class for ages 6–12 that builds the foundation for lifelong fitness. Through functional movements, games, and skill-based activities, kids develop coordination, strength, and confidence. Our structured strength pathway introduces safe, age-appropriate progressions to help young athletes move well, stay active, and enjoy fitness!
Olympic Lifting
This is an opportunity for athletes to focus on Olympic Weightlifting and build their strength and power. The class includes technique work, a variety of barbell movements, accessory movements and maximal effort lifts. The class is led by experienced, fully qualified coaches.
HYROX
HYROX classes are high-intensity sessions combining functional strength and endurance training. Each class is designed to mirror race-day demands with a mix of running, sled work, rowing, lunges, wall balls, and more. Expect structured workouts that build power, stamina, and mental grit—perfect for anyone training for HYROX or looking to level up their fitness.
FIT 4 LIFE
Fit For Life is a low-impact, functional fitness class designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall health. Perfect for beginners, older adults, or those returning from injury, this class focuses on sustainable movement patterns and building confidence through smart, supportive training. Stay active, move well, and feel your best—inside and outside the gym.
TEAM TRAINING
Team Training is built for athletes progressing toward RX-level performance. These high-intensity sessions focus on strength, skill development, and synchronized workouts in a team environment. Expect challenging partner or group-based training that pushes pace, builds capacity, and sharpens competition readiness—ideal for those on the Intermediate to RX journey.
STRONG MUMS CLUB
Strong Mums Club is a supportive, empowering class designed for mums at any stage—pre or postnatal. Focused on rebuilding strength, core stability, and overall fitness, each session is tailored to meet your needs with safe, functional movements. Bring your baby, move at your pace, and connect with a community of strong, like-minded mums.
TEENS CROSSFIT
TTeens CrossFit is designed to build strength, confidence, and athletic ability in ages 13–17. Through functional movements, weight training, and conditioning workouts, teens develop solid fitness foundations in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Perfect for all levels—whether they’re new to training or looking to enhance sports performance.
OPEN GYM
Open Gym gives you the freedom to train on your own schedule. Whether you're following personal programming, working on skills, or making up a missed class, you'll have access to a fully equipped space. Box 2 remains available during class times for uninterrupted training.
